General Questions
Can I take Stronglife supplements if I take prescription or over the counter medicines?
It's always best to consult your health professional regarding which medicines and supplements you're taking. They will be able to advise about any potential interactions between medicines and supplements, and ensure each formula is suitable for your individual needs.
Can the supplements be taken while trying to conceive, pregnant and breastfeeding?
Unfortunately we cannot advise, as our supplements are not specifically formulated for conception, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please check in with your health professional to assess if they’ll be suitable for your individual needs during this time.

Can I make changes to my order?
We aim to get your orders out as quickly as possible, so once your order has been placed, it is unlikely our customer support team will be able to make any changes to your order.

Subscriptions
Can I change the item I'm subscribed to?
Yes. Please log in to your customer dashboard and select the ‘Amend subscription’ tab. From there you can send us a request telling us what you would like to change. You have the option to change to any product on the site. Requests must be sent at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
Can I change my subscription to a lower value product?
Yes. You have the option to change your subscription at anytime to any product on the site, regardless of price. Please log in to your customer dashboard and select the ‘Amend subscription’ tab. From there you can send us a message telling us what you would like to change your subscription to. We’ll do the rest and confirm via email. Requests must be sent atleast 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely, please log in to your customer dashboard and select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, from there you can cancel your subscription straight away. If you’d rather change your subscription select the ‘Amend Subscription’ tab, from there you have the option to change to any product on the site. Requests must be sent at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.

Can I change the delivery address on my subscription?

How often will my subscription arrive?
We allow customers to choose the frequency of delivery. All products are offered via the following delivery schedules: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly. You can create an account and manage your subscription as you like!

Shipping
How long for delivery to a UK address?
1-2 working days. Orders placed before 1.30pm are dispatched the same working day via Royal mail 24 hour service.
How long for delivery to Europe?
Delivery to Europe can take between 7 to 14 working days.
How long for delivery to all other International destinations?
International orders outside of Europe can take between 5 to 21 working days.

We do not take responsibility for international customs fees, customs delays, and other customs problems.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return my item?
Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund. We require your item to be returned in its original packaging and unused. To return a product please contact us via email: contact@stronglife.co.uk
WIll I get a full refund for returns?
Return requests must be made via email within 14 days of receiving the product for a refund. Shipping costs & Import duties are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved, we will contact you to confirm the return option.
What happens when my order Is returned?
We offer: Refunds, Credit notes and Replacement on all returns.

CBD Guidance
What is CBD?
CBD is short for cannabidiol, a compound found in the cannabis plant. It’s one of over one hundred different cannabinoid that have been identified so far. Unlike the other major cannabinoid THC, CBD is non-psychoactive. CBD interacts with the human body through the endocannabinoid system, abbreviated ECS. The ECS is in charge of regulating biological functions such as sleep, our immune systems, and our mood.
Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD is considered to be a non-psychoactive cannabinoid so it will not get you high in the way that ‘marijuana’ or ‘weed’ (containing THC) gets you high. But CBD is known to be relaxing so many users feel a sense of subtle relaxation and relief.
Is using CBD Legal in the UK?
Using CBD is legal in the UK as long as it contains less than 0.2% THC. As THC is a controlled substance under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. CBD is legal in the UK as long as it has been derived from an industrial hemp strain that is approved by the UK.
How much CBD should I take?
Generally we recommend starting on 60mg per day. However, the amount of CBD to use depends on the purpose of use and your personal circumstances. We see others recommending to start at a lower dose and work your way up – however, this can lead you to believe that CBD does not work should you require a higher dose. We therefore recommend it is best to start from a high dose and lower it until you feel that the dosage is right for you.
What are the benefits of taking CBD?
You may have read or heard about CBD being used by people with pain, anxiety, insomnia, fibromyalgia, arthritis and a wide variety other conditions.
We regret that due to government regulations, we are unable to offer advice regarding using CBD for specific complaints or conditions.
There have been many studies into the effects of CBD, however this research is still fairly new so further research is required to better understand the potential of cannabidiol.

How does CBD make you feel?
CBD is not psychoactive in the way that THC is psychoactive and it will not get you high. However CBD can have an effect on your mental state. Many users of CBD report feeling a very subtle feeling of relaxation, serenity, alertness, or mental clarity from taking CBD.
Can you overdose on CBD?
CBD has been shown to be safe to use in high doses. CBD will not cause a fatal overdose. However it is possible to take too much CBD. The main consequence being an increased chance of negative side effects like lethargy, drowsiness or extreme sleepiness.
What is the endocannabinoid system?
The endocannabinoid system is the collection of cannabinoid receptors, endocannabinoids, and enzymes involved in the production and break down of endocannabinoids. Endocannabinoids are naturally occurring cannabinoids found within our body. The two most studied endocannabinoids are anandamide and 2-AG. The two most studies cannabinoid receptors are CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are located mostly in the brain and CB2 receptors are located mostly throughout the immune system.
Is CBD addictive?
While almost everything can be addictive, CBD is not recognised to be an addictive drug. Moreover, CBD has showed significant promise as a tool for assisting people in breaking their addictions to harmful substances.
How long does it take for CBD to take effect?
The length of time it takes for CBD to take effect will depend on the route of administration. The fastest effect will be felt from smoking or vaporisation (effects felt in minutes). Topical administration of CBD will be felt quickly as well. The next fastest effect will be felt from a sublingual dosage of an oil (onset of effects in 15 – 60 minutes). The slowest effect (but the longest lasting) will be felt from oral ingestion of capsules or edibles (onset felt in 90 minutes).

Absolutely, we are proud of the quality of our products and know how important it is for you to ensure you are buying a legitimate CBD product. We are currently working on making our lab reports available to view on our website.
