Loyalty Points cannot be used on subscription orders

Points will expire after 6 months. 1 point is worth £0.01; therefore, a £50 purchase would gain you 500 points worth an incredible £5.00.

How do I join the loyalty program?
Creating an account is completely free and easy! Simply click the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button at the top of our website. If you already have an active store account with us, you are automatically enrolled and can start earning points right away.
Does it cost anything to join?
Not at all. Our loyalty scheme is 100% free to join. It is our way of saying thank you for supporting our wellness community.
How do I earn points?
You earn points with every purchase you make. For every £1 spent on supplements or other products, you will earn 100 points.
Do I earn points on shipping fees?
No, points are only calculated based on the subtotal of the products in your cart after any discounts have been applied.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Absolutely not! The further along you are in your health and wellness journey with us, the more you earn.
How do I use my points?
Once you have accumulated enough points, log in to your account before checking out. At the checkout stage, you will see a message giving you the option to apply your available point balance as a discount against your current order.
Can I combine my points with other discount codes?
Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional codes or site-wide sales at checkout. You can choose to use either your points or a separate discount code, whichever gives you the best value.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after 6 months of account inactivity. "Inactivity" means no points have been earned or redeemed in that timeframe. We will always send you a reminder email before your points expire so you don't miss out.
How can I check my points balance?
