Can I change the item I'm subscribed to?
Yes. Please log in to your customer dashboard and select the 'Amend subscription' tab. From there you can send us a request telling us what you would like to change. You have the option to change to any product on the site.  Requests must be sent at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
Can I change my subscription to a lower value product?
Yes. You have the option to change your subscription at anytime to any product on the site, regardless of price.  Please log in to your customer dashboard and select the 'Amend subscription' tab. From there you can send us a message telling us what you would like to change your subscription to. We'll do the rest and confirm via email. Requests must be sent atleast 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely, please log in to your customer dashboard and select the 'Subscriptions' tab, from there you can cancel your subscription straight away. If you'd rather change your subscription select the 'Amend Subscription' tab, from there you have the option to change to any product on the site. Requests must be sent at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. See terms and conditions for full details.

How often will my subscription arrive?
We allow customers to choose the frequency of delivery. All products are offered via the following delivery schedules: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly. You can create an account and manage your subscription as you like!
I have an issue with my subscription, what can I do?
