I’ve been using Shilajit Resin for a couple of months now, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. Initially, I was a bit put off by the strong, earthy taste, but I got used to it after a while. Then I bought these liquid drops and what a life saver they are, it makes it so much easier to get the exact dose I need. I add it to my morning smoothie, and it seems to give me a bit more zip and focus during the day.
