It is good even though the taste is a bit intense. The price is expensive but I might just sign up for the subscription because it is helping me so far.
This is a great combination. I was taking like 4 different capsules Valerian root, 5-HTP, magnesium & zinc plus Passionflower powder and it was not effective as using this sleep oil and the cbd capsules.
