Okay so I was actually taking this wrong. I was just putting it in my mouth and swallowing it straight away. Due to that it was tasting too strong and leaving a bitter taste. However, after properly reading the instruction and leaving it under my tongue for 90 seconds (well until it all absorbed) the strong taste was much easier to take and more importantly I really felt the difference within 30min.
The softgels are easy on my stomach, which was my main worry
The Anxiety oil is strong so what I do is take the oil and take the cbd softgels with water straight after. This gets rid of any after taste of the ingredients added to the oil. This process has been working well for me.
