We recommend between 60 to 70mg per day
Take 1.5ml per day, this will provide 60mg of CBD

Place the required amount of CBD Oil (depending on strength) under your tongue for 90 seconds until it has fully absorbed.

The effect will be felt between 15 to 60 minutes after consumption. Placing CBD oil under the tongue rather than swallowing it might not seem like much of a difference, but the structure of the tongue may provide a quicker delivery. Delivery time was great only 2 days. Started taking the oil straight away so ive only had it for a few days. Although ive seen a great difference in my sleep i havnt noticed any difference in my pain which is what I originally bought it for as im a fibromyalgia sufferer amongst other things. So ill review again in a couple of weeks.
For me the only downside to it is the taste, its bloody awful lol. Please please someone develop the lower strength oils with some sort of flavour to make it easier on the tastebuds
